IML Acquires Netherlands based Netvote BV, Enhancing its Audience Response System and Event Technology

IML LTD, part of the Computershare Group (ASX:CPU) today announced its acquisition of Netvote BV, the Netherland's leading provider of electronic voting at AGMs. The acquisition continues IML's strategy of global expansion, following hot on the heels of similar investments in the USA, Australia, Belgium and South Africa.
Netvote currently delivers meetings services to 18 of the 25 AEX listed (large cap) companies and is the leading provider of shareholder meeting services in the Dutch market. Netvote will spearhead the expansion of the full range of IML's interactive and audience response services into the Netherlands.
