Breakout rooms

Send messages directing individuals or teams to their allotted breakout rooms.

Individual messages

Locate individuals and send personal messages.

Sponsorship

Message Manager can be used to re-enforce messages from sponsors, providing exciting new sponsorship opportunities.

Brainstorming/activity setting

Send messages informing delegate groups of their assigned tasks and activities. Each group can be sent a different subject to brainstorm for a certain amount of time. After the time elapses, the group receives another text informing them of their next task.

Organising delegates

Use Message Manager to organise delegates into teams and groups. For example, a message could be sent to keypads 1-10 informing delegates that they will be in the ‘Blue’ team. Alternatively, individuals can be organised into specific groups using Smartcard technology. A message can then be sent to their keypad screen telling them which group they are in.
