What is an interactive meeting system?

IML’s interactive meeting system combines IML’s wireless Communicator keypads and Question Wizard 8 software to create dynamic interactive meetings.

How does IML’s interactive meeting system transform meetings into interactive meetings?

IML’s Question Wizard 8 software enables interactive presentations to be created in PowerPoint. Presentations for interactive meetings are created in exactly the same way as you would create a normal PowerPoint presentation. Once the interactive presentation has been created, you are ready to begin your interactive meeting. During your interactive meeting, your audience will respond to questions asked in the presentation using the Communicator keypad.   Participants can be asked to respond to questions by either voting or sending a text message from their keypad at any stage of your interactive meeting.

IML’s interactive meeting tools cater for any size interactive meeting. We can hold interactive meetings with as few as 5 participants or as many as 5,000.
