What is QW8?
QW8 software automatically transforms PowerPoint® question slides into interactive presentations that your audience respond to using IML's electronic Communicator keypads.
How does QW8 work?
Actively involve your audience in your presentations and gather instant feedback data in four fast and easy stages:
Stage one: Fast and easy system set-up - be up and running in minutes
Simply install QW8 software on your laptop or PC, connect to the keypad base station and you're ready to begin your interactive presentation.
Stage two: Creating interactive presentations
QW8 software is extremely easy to use - simply create your slides, backgrounds and charts in PowerPoint® and QW8 will automatically make them interactive.
Stage three: Involve your audience in live presentations
The presenter displays a question from your PowerPoint® presentation live on the main AV screen and your audience responds to that question either by voting or sending a text message response from the Communicator keypad.
Stage four: Gather instant feedback from your audience
QW8 instantly registers and collates audience responses, enabling you to display the results of a live vote on-screen immediately.
Voting results are displayed as a chart and saved within your presentation, enabling you to easily cross-reference live results.
Stage five: Sophisticated data reports for post event analysis
QW8 automatically saves audience responses to a Microsoft® Access database that can be printed on-site or used for detailed post event analysis.
The database saves the results charts created in Question Wizard and can be used to generate live reports during your presentation. Additional post-show reports that document summary information, individual responses and scores are also provided.
