What is Stored Response?

 

Stored Response enables your audience to answer up to 100 questions anywhere outside of the main meeting environment.

 

Delegates do not have to vote at the same time, as their individual responses are saved in the memory of the Communicator and can be downloaded to a central database at a time convenient to you.

 

How does Stored Response work?

 

Using the scrolling keys on the Communicator, delegates simply select the question number they want to answer and then enter their response.

 

Questions do not have to be answered in order, and delegates can review and change their answers at any time, simply by re-selecting the question number and pressing the clear key on the Communicator.

 

Once delegates have returned within range of the base station, their responses can be downloaded to a central database for later review.
