XY Matrix

Focus your audience on key issues and create instant action plans by using the XY Matrix to compare 2 separate criteria plotted on an X/Y grid.

 

Example:

 

The audience is asked to vote on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the least beneficial and 10 being the most) how beneficial it would be to implement each of the 5 options displayed.

 

 

 

The audience then vote again, using the same scale of 1-10 (1 being the hardest and 10 being the easiest) on how easy it would be to implement each of the 5 options.
