Pre-event
When you are in the early
planning stages of your event one of our sales team can happily
provide you with a free of charge demonstration, chat over some
ideas and advise on how our technology can help achieve your
meeting objectives. This can be done face-to-face or via a webinar
should this be more convenient.
Once your event is confirmed our production team will
assign one of our experienced interactive producers who will be in
contact with you to liase on the interactive content at your
event. They can also suggest additional or alternative solutions to
help you get the best results from the interactive
keypads.
Day of your event
Your assigned
interactive producer will be available on-site to set up the
technology, run through any rehearsals and manage the IML system
during your meeting. Your producer can also make any changes to
content should these be needed.
Post event
Once the event is over, we will
produce a comprehensive instant report, detailing all audience
responses for post-event analysis. We will also follow up with you
to see how everything went.
